Service:
Warranty repair service is provided by two Charleston-area
businesses, or ship-back service on Macintosh laptops. You may also
choose to arrange service with retail Apple Stores out of town.

Returns: All Apple sales are final. No exceptions can be made. |

Technical Support: Apple computers come with 90 days of toll-free technical support for help with installation, launch and recovery. For most people, we highly recommend using Apple's robust (and expanding) set of web-based technical support resources. These include Technical Information Libraries, help pages (Getting Starting, Solving Problems), Technical Exchanges, and e-mail subscriptions for tips, hints, and ideas. Warranty: Apple provides a 1 year warranty on all products. You may have Apple products serviced at any Apple authorized service center. We highly recommend Apple's extended warranty plan - AppleCare. AppleCare adds a one-time fee to your purchase. |
